Hindi pangunahing trabaho ng isang Bise Presidente ang pagpapaayos ng mga daan o imprastraktura. Patuloy na tumutulong si Leni Robredo sa Bicol Region sa pagtulong sa mga livelihood programs, mga proyekto sa pagpapataas ng kalidad ng buhay, at agarang pagbigay ng tulong tuwing sakuna. Isa sa mga matagumpay na mga proyekto na itinayo ng Opisina ni VP Leni Robredo at ng mga local partners sa Bicol Region.
