2016 Elections, may malawakang dayaan?

HINDI TOTOO! Walang malawakang dayaan na nangyari noong halalan 2016. Korte Suprema na mismo ang nagsabi, walang malakas na pruweba o ebidensya na may malawakang dayaan noong 2016.

Matapos ang mahigit sa 4 na taong paglilitis, nitong Pebrero 16, 2021 binasura ng Korte Suprema by unanimous vote ang electoral protest ni Marcos, Jr. laban kay Robredo dahil sa kakulangan ng ebidensya na may malawakang pandaraya.

Noong Oktubre 2019, inilahad din ng Korte Suprema bilang Presidential Electoral Tribunal ang resulta ng recount ng boto sa tatlong pilot provinces na pinili ni Marcos (Negros Oriental, Iloilo, at Camarines Sur). Batay sa resulta ng recount, tumaas pa ang bilang ng boto ni Robredo (1,510,178) kesa sa unang naitala (1,493,517). Ito’y dahil sa mga botong binilang na “stray” batay sa 50% shading threshold sa balota.

Ilang beses din finactcheck natin at iba’t-ibang mga fact checking organizations ang ang paulit-ulit na fake news na si Marcos ang nanalo at na may malawakang pandaraya noong 2016.
